Bathroom Renovation
Walk-in showers, freestanding tubs and custom vanities — waterproofed correctly, so they stay that way.
Bathrooms are small rooms with the highest concentration of things that can go wrong: water, ventilation, tight tolerances, and every surface visible from three feet away.
We build the parts you can't see to a standard you'd be happy to look at — membrane behind the tile, blocking behind the grab bars, proper venting, and a pan that actually drains. Then we finish it so it looks like the reason you called us.
What's included
Everything this service covers

Single and double vanities sized to the room, with stone tops, undermount sinks and storage that fits a real morning routine.
Tile & stone
Floor-to-ceiling tile, mosaic feature walls, marble slab surrounds and heated floor systems where you want them.
Lighting & ventilation
Vanity lighting that doesn't cast shadows on your face, plus exhaust that's actually ducted outside — not into the attic.
Plumbing & fixtures
Valve replacement, supply and drain updates, and fixture installation with the shut-offs left accessible.
How it works
How this project runs
- 01
Assess & plan
We look at the existing plumbing, venting and framing, then plan a layout that avoids expensive relocations wherever it can.
- 02
Demo & waterproof
Strip to the studs, correct any rot or framing issues we find, then install the full waterproofing system.
- 03
Tile & install
Tile set and grouted, vanity and tops installed, fixtures hung, glass measured and ordered to the finished opening.
- 04
Test & hand over
Everything runs, drains and seals get checked, then we walk the room with you before we call it done.

Common questions
Questions about this service
Anything we haven't covered? Call and ask — no sales pitch.
(347) 531-5690How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A full gut renovation of a standard bathroom typically runs two to four weeks. Waterproofing and tile curing set the minimum — those steps can't be rushed without risking the whole job. Custom glass usually arrives one to two weeks after we measure the finished opening.
Can you convert a tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, and it's one of the most requested projects we do. The drain usually has to move and the framing often needs adjustment, so we confirm what's under the floor during the estimate rather than after demolition.
Will I be able to use the bathroom during the work?
Not the one being renovated. If it's your only bathroom, tell us at the estimate — we can stage the work to shorten the days without a working toilet, and we'll be upfront about which days those are.
What causes leaks in a newly tiled shower?
Almost always a missing or poorly detailed waterproofing layer — especially at corners, the curb and the drain connection. Grout and tile are not a water barrier. If a contractor quotes a shower without describing their waterproofing system, that's the question to ask.
